Crochet:
Note: The case is crocheted with double strands of Alma. You can use two strands of the same color, or combine 2 different colors. If you only have one skein, you can crochet with the beginning and end of the same skein.
The rounds are crocheted in individual rounds and not in a spiral. To finish each round, make a Sl St in the first St you crocheted in the round, then a Ch to reach the height for the new round. (Image 3) This setup begins from R2 onwards.

R1. Start with a Magic Ring and then make 6 Ch. The last Ch counts as a turning chain, skip it and start crocheting in the second St from the hook in the next R. (6) (Image 1)

R2. On the first side of the chain ⭢ 4 SC, 1 Inc, on the second side of the chain ⭢ 4 SC, 1 Inc (12)
R3-5. 12 SC around (12)
R6. 2 SC, 3 Ch, skip 1 St, 6 SC, 30 Ch, 3 SC (44) (Image 3)
Note: The hole formed by the 3 Ch will become the closure for the case. You can adjust the 30 Ch to either more or fewer depending on how long a strap you want.

When the case is finished, fasten all loose ends with a tapestry needle, making sure all ends are securely fastened before cutting them. To close the case, take the long strap and pull it through the small hole on the other side.
