Minimum order value
Within Sweden
Minimum order value: 1000 SEK (incl. VAT).
Within EU
Minimum order value: 3500 SEK (incl. VAT).
Outside EU
Minimum order value: 6000 SEK (incl. VAT).
Payment terms
Within Sweden
Pay within 14 days by invoice.
Outside Sweden
Advance payment 100% + shipping and any customs duty.
For customers without a VAT number, an additional handling fee may apply.
Delivery
Shipping is calculated per carton. Depending on the contents, the weight & price per carton varies.
Out of stock
Unfortunately, products may turn out to be sold out, even if they were available for order. This is because we have customers who order through channels other than the webshop. Inventory levels are only updated once these orders have been registered in our system.

Right of complaint
We offer individual right of complaint depending on the nature of the matter.
If your complaint is justified, it may mean that you will have the goods repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction – depending on the situation.
Complaints must be made immediately after the defect has been discovered or should have been discovered.
We reserve the right to remedy the defect, e.g. in the form of repair instead of replacement.
