How is my order shipped?
We offer shipping with DB Schenker to your nearest service point.
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a trackable shipment number.
Delivery time
1-2 business days. During major campaigns, especially during Easter and Black Week, delivery times are longer.
When your order is received, it is normally packed and shipped on the same day if the order was placed before 11:00 AM, or the day after if placed later. During peak season, delivery times may be longer in exceptional cases; we naturally work to avoid this.

How long do I have to pick up the package?
Packages are normally held at the pick-up point for 14 days before being automatically returned to us. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee to cover shipping costs and handling.
This fee normally amounts to SEK 250 including VAT.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of return in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, provided that the product is unopened and unused. The right of withdrawal period is counted from the day you received the product.

Return shipping is paid for by you, the customer
When returning an item, please send it as a regular parcel directly to our address (not to a postal agent, as a registered letter, or cash on delivery – these will not be collected).

Important: Packages sent to a postal agent will not be collected and will automatically be returned to you.
Unclaimed parcels
We reserve the right to charge 250 SEK for packages that are not collected, to cover shipping and handling costs. If the package is returned to us because it was not collected, 250 SEK will be deducted from any amount to be refunded to you. If the purchase is less than 250 SEK, the shipping and handling cost will be invoiced separately.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact details when ordering. If the address, phone number, or email address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. Refunds are processed only after the return has arrived at our warehouse.
