ORDER
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing and delivery address. If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at hello@niimo.se
DELIVERY
Our normal delivery times are 1-2 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest. If there are delays in delivery (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: hello@niimo.se
Unclaimed parcels
Packages that are not collected will be charged a fee of SEK 250. This fee covers the costs of shipping and handling of the return to our warehouse.
For orders where the order value exceeds SEK 250, the fee will be deducted from the refund.
For orders with an order value lower than SEK 250, a separate invoice will be sent to the customer instead. Refunds for returned goods will be initiated as soon as payment of the fee has been received.
Terms of Sale
The seller may demand payment for the goods from the time they are dispatched from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase price on the card at the time of order. The card will be debited on the same day the goods are dispatched. When paying by invoice, the invoice will be issued to the buyer when the goods are dispatched. The payment due date is stated on the invoice and is at least 14 days from receipt. Buyers under 18 years of age cannot pay by subsequent invoice.
PRICES
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing goods on our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal means that within this period, you have the right to notify us that you regret your purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products where the packaging, seal, or label has been broken. It also does not apply to custom-made products that have been adapted or tailored according to the customer's wishes and thus have a clear personal character. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed if the customer has explicitly consented to the service being initiated without the right of withdrawal.
When returning an item, you are responsible for the condition of the products. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the item's original value if the product is used or damaged. A shipping cost of SEK 69 will be charged for each return.

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
When making a complaint about an item, any faults, defects, or deviations should always be reported to us as soon as the fault has been discovered. Complaints are made via email to hello@nimo.se. The message should include your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear description of the fault. Please attach a picture or video that clearly shows the defective product.
You must always contact us and await approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered. Any refund will only be processed once the complained-about item has been received and registered at our warehouse.
In the event of a complaint, the defective item is returned to our warehouse for inspection and assessment. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to first attempt to repair or rectify the item, if possible, before a new item is dispatched or other compensation is offered.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. When handling complaints, we follow the guidelines and recommendations from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). For more information, please see arn.se.
DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise in connection with the use of the product. Nor can we be held responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, or non-delivery from suppliers.
We are also not responsible for changes in products or product properties made by the supplier, or for other factors beyond our control.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to make any typographical errors on the website and for products that may be out of stock. Images of the products do not always show exactly how they look in reality, as colors may differ depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our customer service, as a customer you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se. If you live in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In the event of a dispute, we will comply with decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall always be settled in accordance with Swedish law.
