To make a return, please fill out the form below. Once we have received your notification, the case will be registered and a shipping label will be sent to you.

After you have received the shipping label, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days. The return must be submitted to a DSV agent or a DSV terminal.

You are responsible for the condition of the item until it has been received by us. The product should be carefully packaged and protected during transport. We recommend that the item be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging should be adapted to protect the item and should not be sent in unnecessarily large packages.

In the event of a return, a shipping cost of SEK 69 will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the item has been used, damaged, or has decreased in value, a deduction may also be made from the refund in accordance with applicable legislation.
