Note: If you want to have a lining in your bag, you need to cut out the piece of fabric before proceeding to the next step. Scroll down to details and follow the instructions on how to cut your piece of fabric.
Pull up a long loop, do not finish the work. Fold the work in half and continue crocheting the edges together through both layers down to the corner of the bag with 20 SC, finish the work. Then make a SL and do the same on the other side of the bag starting from the bottom corner and then working your way up towards the opening of the bag.
Again, pull up a long loop, but do not finish the work. Turn the bag inside out. Then crochet SC along the entire edge of the opening. When you come back to the beginning, make a Sl St in the first St. Cut the yarn, finish the work, and weave in the end carefully.

Details:
Carabiner ring & chain:
Attach a carabiner ring to each edge of the bag. Then hook one side of the chain into one of the rings. Then pull the other end of the chain through the other ring and then attach the chain to the first ring.
Lining fabric & magnetic snap:
Note: If you want a lining in your bag, do that first, then sew on the magnetic snap. If you do not want a lining, skip these instructions.
Lining fabric: Lay the crocheted work flat on a piece of fabric and cut out a piece that is the same size as the work. Then fold the fabric in half with the right sides together and sew (by hand or with a sewing machine) a straight seam on both sides in the same way you did when you crocheted the edges of the bag.
Then place the fabric inside the bag. Fold down the edge a little and sew the fabric to the inside of the bag. Weave in the ends carefully.
Magnetic snap: Measure where the center of the bag's opening is and sew each side of the snap to each side of the opening. Weave in the ends carefully.
